My order required an interaction with customer service. While they did respond and attempt to help, it seemed as though they didn't even read my email in half of their responses. It was a very annoying experience that ended in me deciding to just cut my losses instead of returning the items.

Smaller than expected
The inserts to the S21 ultra are smaller and leave gaps along the side of the case. Still fits well but I am little disappointed.
