It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Innosub, so if you have any problems or concerns, please reach out!

Defective or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately report any damaged or defective items to us by emailing info@innosub.com. We will gladly replace these items and address any concerns.

Incorrect or missing items

We try our best to ensure order accuracy, but if we make a mistake on your order we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately report errors to us by emailing info@innosub.com. 

Other returns or exchanges

We are happy to accept other returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order. Please contact us by email at info@innosub.com to make a request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send your return to Innosub USA P.O. Box 864003 Plano, TX 75086.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time required for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank.
